Welcome to Venture Women’s Her Conference – a gathering designed to inspire you to walk in freedom, a gathering for all women who are ready to break free from the things that hold us back. This is a space for us to let go of the burdens we were never meant to carry.

Her Conference will be a weekend with all women in mind, from young adult women to women with years of experience behind them, in all stages of life and diverse backgrounds. We hope that community will be built, the presence of God will be felt, and you will leave this weekend ready to take a stand and walk forward in the true grace and freedom you are given when you say yes to Jesus.

What should I expect?

When you arrive at the conference, our Welcome Team will get you checked in, give you your name badge and a little gift. You will be able to grab a cup of coffee or tea, then find your way into our auditorium. Sessions one and two will have a few worship songs followed by a message from each of our speakers. Session three will be a time to worship, celebrate and reflect on what you've learned during our time together. Brunch will be served buffet style, there will not be an assigned place to eat, but we will have seating indoors and outdoors for you.
We hope that from the time you arrive until you leave you will feel welcomed and a sense of comradery with the ladies of Venture.

What is the coffee situation and will there be food provided?

Great question! When you arrive on Friday evening, drip coffee and tea will be available. We will have a sandwich bar and s'mores during the afterparty on Friday night.
On Saturday morning, in addition to the drip coffee and tea, our cafe will be open for you to purchase drinks. Brunch will be provided at 11am.

Is there anything I can do to prepare for Her Conference?

Our theme verse for the conference is Galatians 5:1. We encourage you to read Galatians and begin to ask the Holy Spirit to show you areas of your life where He wants to give you Freedom.

What should I bring?

You can bring your Bible. Bring a friend! We will have Her Conference branded merch for sale and coffee will be available for purchase on Saturday morning, so bring a card or cash (you can even pay with a check). It might get a little chilly during our Friday night After Party, you could purchase a sweatshirt!

Can I bring my kids?

This will be a great weekend for quality time with dad, grandparents or any other loving sitter! Nursing babies are welcome.

How can I stay connected after the conference is over?

Exchange numbers with the women that you meet over the weekend and ask someone to go out for coffee. Venture Groups, For Her Nights, and MomCo are all places to stay connected with the ladies that you meet. Find a Serve Team to join or sign up to volunteer at an upcoming event. Volunteering creates a sense of belonging and ownership in what is going on at Venture Church.
