What is kingdom builders?

Kingdom Builders is Venture's ongoing effort to advance God's Kingdom through combined generosity and practical participation in God's purposes. We are laser focused on (1) expanding life-giving local churches and supporting projects that impact our communities, (2) reaching the world on the global mission, and (3) investing in future Christian leaders. Working together we are striving to fulfill God's plan to restore anyone and everything to Himself. With God's help, we plan to keep at these goals with love, courage, patience, and grit, and the power of the Holy Spirit Until Jesus is Famous Everywhere!

WHO ARE KINGDOM BUILDERs?

Anyone can be a Kingdom Builder!  At Venture there are two ways we advance our shared mission:
  1. Faithful Tithing
  2. Kingdom Builders 
Every Christian is called to tithe - first and foremost (Matt. 6:33). But every believer is also invited to be a Kingdom Builder - that is our great privilege! The tithe supports the work of our local church. Kingdom Builders helps us to work together with Jesus to (1) Support His Global mission, (2) Impact our Local Communities, and (3) Invest in Future Leaders. It's that simple. 
Working together we support strong local churches and build God's Kingdom around the world UNTIL JESUS IS FAMOUS EVERYWHERE!

We hope everyone who calls Venture home will tithe faithfully and then stretch in faith to become a Kingdom Builder. Every gift matters and every dollar above the tithe makes you a Kingdom Builder!

Our 5-Part Strategy: 
  1. Prayerfully and carefully choose local and global partners, teams, and opportunities aligned to our three objectives: Global Mission, Local Impact, and Future Leaders.
  2. Develop an annual stretch budget that aligns with our goals and enables us to make a meaningful impact.
  3. Kick off each year by presenting our partners, teams, opportunities, and budget to our whole church community.
  4. Keep everyone informed with updates on progress, celebrations, prayer requests, and investments throughout the year. 
  5. Manage the budget and goals diligently so we can end each year rejoicing in God's good work and our combined faithfulness!
