What is kingdom builders?
Kingdom Builders is Venture's ongoing effort to advance God's Kingdom through combined generosity and practical participation with Heart, Head, and Hand in God's purposes. In this cause, we are laser focused on (1) expanding the global mission (2) supporting life-giving local churches and projects that impact our communities, (3) investing in future Christian leaders. Working together we are striving to fulfill God's plan to restore anyone and everything to Himself. With God's help, we plan to keep at these goals with love, courage, patience, and grit, and the power of the Holy Spirit Until Jesus is Famous Everywhere!

WHO ARE KINGDOM BUILDERs?
Anyone can be a Kingdom Builder! At Venture there are three ways any person can join this shared mission. (1) You can Get Involved in being a Kingdom Builder at every level. Throughout these pages, you will see repeated invitations to Get Involved. We hope you will click a link and start working alongside other Christians to Build God's Kingdom. (2) You can Go! We hope that you will take the opportunities to go together into our communities and around the world. (3) Give. This is a critical part of how we accomplish together. At Venture there are two ways we combine our resources to advance our shared mission:

We hope everyone who calls Venture home will tithe faithfully and then stretch in faith to become a Kingdom Builder. Every gift matters and every dollar above the tithe makes you a Kingdom Builder!

Our 5-Part Strategy:
- Prayerfully and carefully choose local and global partners, teams, and opportunities aligned to our three objectives: Global Mission, Local Impact, and Future Leaders.
- Develop an annual stretch budget that aligns with our goals and enables us to make a meaningful impact.
- Kick off each year by presenting our partners, teams, opportunities, and budget to our whole church community.
- Keep everyone informed with updates on progress, celebrations, prayer requests, and investments throughout the year.
- Manage the budget and goals diligently so we can end each year rejoicing in God's good work and our combined faithfulness!
