At Venture there is a place for you to grow and use the gifts that God has given you on our Serve Teams. ALL of us are a key piece to accomplishing mission, so our hope is that everyone who calls Venture home would be active in serving. Joining a Serve Team is one of the key ways to develop authentic relationships with others. As we serve alongside each other, we grow in our love for God and one another. Sunday Morning Serve Teams
Guest Care Teams
Are you friendly & want to help make a guest's experience one they will remember and appreciate? This is a great place for you. Our Guest Care Teams include Greeters, Ushers, & Hospitality
Kids Team
Have a passion for helping children grow in their knowledge and love for God? Our Kids Team has a place for you.
Worship Team
Do you have a propensity for music? We are always looking to add skilled musicians as Instrumentalists and Vocalists onto our Worship Team.
Production Team
Want to be more involved on a Sunday without being seen on stage? Join our Audio-Visual- Lighting team. Experience doesn't matter, we happily teach and train.
Prayer Team
Do you get excited about lifting the needs of others up in prayer? Our Prayer Team is always looking for people comfortable to pray for people during the worship element of our services.
A-Frame Sign Team
Did you know we put out signs every weekend to help people in our community know we are here? Help someone find church by joining the A-Frame Team to set-up & tear-down these signs each week.

Groups Team
Growth Group Leader
We recruit new Group leaders 3 times per year, before each of our Growth Group trimesters. We believe God enables all believers to lead, even as they journey to grow themselves. If you have a passion for a topic or activity, a love for a book of the Bible, or just a love for people in general, you would make an excellent Group leader.
Growth Group Host
Do you have space in your home for 10-16 people and enjoy hosting? Consider being part of a Growth Group and allowing it to meet in your home.
Intensive Leader
Our Intensives are designed to cover a broad range of topics, so if you have knowledge in a certain area or are proficient at something we would love to turn it into a learning and connecting opportunity for others.
Youth Team
Have a passion to raise up the next generation? Each Fall we have an opportunity to join our Youth Staff (which is a school-year long commitment). Youth staff help pastor and mentor students as well as put on our weekly youth service and events.
Young Adult Team
REACH Team
Join our YA team to help connect young adults and lead young adult small groups, events, and monthly services.
Have a passion for missions locally and/or in other countries? Help us bring the hope of Jesus outside of the walls of the church. Example serve opportunities include putting on local outreaches and short-term missions trips and caring for our missionaries.

Marriage Team
Our Men's Team is always looking for fun new team members interested in helping us lead men's groups plan creative events, cook food, organize tournaments, and provide leadership for Venture Church.
Enjoy connecting women to one another? Or do you have a passion for planning events? Our Women's Ministry has places to be involved. Each Fall we also build our MOPS team with table hosts, mentor moms, and childcare support.
Do you have a mature, healthy, Christian marriage? We are always looking for more couples to train as Marriage Mentors (for struggling couples) and Pre-Marriage Counselors (for those just getting started).
Celebrate Recovery Team
Real life change happens at CR. Come be a part of a thriving community of faith and serve those most in need as Jesus changes lives. At CR we need people to help with services, worship, facilitate groups, lead step studies, etc. There is also specific opportunities to serve at-risk youth through the Landing Ministry.

Here's some other teams you may not "see" that are crucial to Venture.
Admin Support
Are you detail oriented and like to support behind-the-scenes? There is opportunity throughout the week to serve on the Admin Team in our church offices, supporting staff by writing notes, prepping mailers, updating lists and spreadsheets, getting things ready for Sunday, etc.
Digital Arts
Do you enjoy Photography, Videography, Video Editing or Graphic Design? We need your creative eye and skill to help us produce aesthetic, meaningful and relevant content for our services, ministries, and social media.
Landscaping
Do you pride yourself on having a green thumb? Does lawn mowing or weeding relax you? We are looking for people that don't just care about the inside of our church but the outside as well to help us keep the properties God has entrusted with us in tip-top shape.
IT
Love computers and helping fix bugs? We need people that understand tech equipment. People that can solder, code and patch equipment to make sure we are up and running. If this is your hobby we want you on the IT Team.
